Make Magic Workshop with Magic Moria Fri 16 Oct 2pm

Come along to see some of magic, learn some of magic, make magic, and then perform your magic.  Take it home and wow your friends.  So, let's wiggle our fingers, wiggle our thumbs, 'Cos that's the way the magic comes'. This is a real hands on workshop where magic is learned and made, and then advice given about performing too. Suitable for 8+ yrs. Parents are asked to drop off and come back 15 minutes before the end of the workshop.

Magic Moira - Moira Fletcher, comes from a longline of Magicians and her own daughter Mandy has continued to follow the family tradition. Moira was born into a magical family with her father and mother being very involved both as performers and organisers of events. Her father, Duncan Fletcher, was President of the British Ring (I.B.M - International Brotherhood of Magicians) from Sep 1975 - Sep 1976, and now Moira is very proud to be their current president 25 years later.

Moira wears many hats in the world of magic and is also secretary of the Scottish Conjuror's Association ( SCA ), who have hosted their regular club meeting for over twenty years at the Scottish Mask and Puppet Centre on a Wednesday evening between Sep - May each year.
