Stop Motion Animation & Special Effects for adults (16+) - 1 Day This workshop will be an introduction to stop-motion, during which you will create a unique animated film from start to finish. Stop motion is stringing together a series of photographs. The sequence of photographs creates the illusion of movement and brings inanimate objects to life. You can choose what you will animate, be it drawings, designs you’ve made, objects, yourself and others from the group or sand and plasticine. We will also take a look at green screen and adding backdrops to your scenes, for those interested. This course is suitable for complete beginners or people who already have animation experience.  Lunch Break 1pm. Morning - Examples, scripts and storyboards. Techniques and animation jam/experiment. Afternoon - Shoot films in groups of 2-3. SFX & sound design
