About the event
Join artist Maria Herbert-Liew author of You Can Draw Brilliant Pictures (Pub: Harper Collins) and member of the Scottish Book Trust for a fun, inclusive and playful drawing workshop. You’ll learn about drawing techniques, explore colour and materials, and bring your ideas to life! Come with your imagination and get ready to create a brilliant work of art. Workshop includes a social break half way through and is suitable for ages 5-11 years, but everyone is welcome to book a place if an adult wishes to join in too! We will have Maria's book available for purchase in our shop, if you wish to carry on learning and drawing with Maria who is an artist, illustrator and puppet-maker. Born in London she moved to Scotland in 2018 and now lives by the sea in North Ayrshire.
